Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude?
Wrong question.

The right question is which of your workflows generate the most value when AI is deployed — and what governance makes it safe. ThinkBox answers both. In one session. With numbers your board can interrogate.

Still deciding which AI tool to use?

That's the wrong starting point — and it's costing you time your business doesn't have.

The right question is: which of your workflows generate the most value when AI is deployed? And what's the governance model that makes it safe for your people and your regulators?

01 — Margin Pressure

Australian businesses are being squeezed from both ends

AI deployment isn't a growth strategy anymore. It's a survival strategy. The businesses deploying now are compressing costs your competitors can't match by hand.

02 — The Compliance Clock

NHVR digital compliance mandates are tightening

Businesses that build AI-assisted compliance workflows now will be ready. Those that don't will be scrambling — and scrambling costs more than preparing.

03 — The Talent Reality

Your best people are doing work AI can do

Every hour a senior dispatcher spends on manual load planning is an hour not spent on the decisions only they can make. That's the cost you're not measuring.

One session. One report. A clear path forward.

📄 What does a ThinkBox report look like?

A typical Road Transport assessment for a 150-person operation identifies $400,000–800,000 in annual AI value across 6–8 roles — with every dollar traced to a specific workflow calculation.

The report covers the complete deployment roadmap: which workflows to start with this week, which to build toward over 6–18 months, and the governance framework that makes it safe.

Why I built ThinkBox

I built ThinkBox AI because I kept watching the same thing happen.

Mid-market Australian businesses — 100 to 500 staff — were being told they needed an AI strategy. The big four would quote them $150,000 for a six-month engagement, hand over a deck full of "transformation" language, and walk away. Most couldn't afford it. The ones who could rarely felt like they got their money's worth.

So they did what people do when they're stuck: they let staff figure it out. ChatGPT here, Copilot there, no governance, no plan, IP walking out the door in screenshots and prompts.

ThinkBox is what I would have wanted in their shoes. One session. Your actual workflows. A boardroom-ready report with numbers your CFO can interrogate. Not a framework. Not a six-month process. A real picture of what AI is worth to your business — and where to start on Monday.

I built the tool that runs the numbers, and I run every assessment personally. That's deliberate — you're not getting handed off to a junior. You're getting a senior advisor and a piece of software built specifically for the way Australian businesses actually operate, with Australian Award rates and the regulatory environment baked in.

I don't think AI strategy needs to cost $150k. I think it needs to be honest, useful, and Australian. That's the bet I'm making.

Why not the big consulting firms?

Big four consulting firms charge $150,000+ for AI strategy engagements. For most Australian mid-market businesses, that's not a realistic option. ThinkBox delivers the same rigour at a fraction of the cost — in a single session, not six months.
